We are currently looking for a German Speaker for the Collections/ Invoices team.

Porto
Monday to Friday, hybrid regime

Your mission:
- Manage credit and collections processes
- Handle disputes, cash applications, and invoice adjustments with accuracy and attention to detail
- Issue and correct invoices
- Regular online and phone contact with internal and external clients to resolve financial issues
- Oversee billing operations, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing
- Support monthly and quarterly closing activities, when applicable
- Validate or prepare accurate and timely financial reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Customer Support) to resolve discrepancies and align processes


What you need to embark on this mission:
- Fluency in English and German (at least B2 level);
- At least 6 months' experience in a similar position;
- Good computer skills, including advanced Excel proficiency;
- Dynamism, proactivity and initiative;
- Good interpersonal skills and customer focus, with strong communication skills;
- High sense of responsibility and team spirit.
